Email Amara with your concerns and objectives for your healing session. She will then make an appointment for your half an hour intake phone call. After your intake session, she will then schedule your one hour (or slightly more depending on your circumstances) phone healing session.

Add an extra half an hour if you are choosing to do the "The Initiation of the Sacred Heart."

Please place yourself in a beautiful safe quiet space for the duration of your session and have some pure spring water available to drink.

Amara's work is quite powerful and most, if not all of her clients report feeling her working on them regardless of their distance from her. Amara can find and clear negative things others cannot see.

The following is a list of areas that will be addressed during your session:

1. Clear and mend each of your chakras.
2. Clear and mend your entire aura.
3. Complete body scan and correction of all conditions that present themselves.
4. Remove any entity attachments.
5. Remove any cords from people past and present.

7. Bring back any Soul pieces that want to return at this time.
8. Clear any past life trauma that presents itself.
9. Clear any curses, vows, contracts and spells.
10. Clear any specific area that your Higher Self suggests that is not on this list.
